These terms apply when you purchase services from NodeWeave Consulting (SSM 202003984507), proprietor Hafiz bin Ahmad, through nodeweave.digital or a signed statement of work.

Services

We provide backend API programming, microservices consulting, and technical advisory sessions as described on our engagements page. Specific deliverables, repositories, and timelines are defined only in a written statement of work or invoice accepted by both parties.

Fees and payment

Fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit unless stated otherwise. Starting prices on the website are not binding until confirmed in writing. Invoices are payable by bank transfer within fourteen days unless milestones specify other dates. Late payments may pause work after notice.

Client responsibilities

You provide timely access to repositories, staging environments, and decision-makers. Delays caused by missing credentials may extend schedules without reducing fees.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment for a milestone, you own custom code committed to your repositories during that milestone, excluding our pre-existing tools and general know-how. We may retain anonymised internal notes for quality improvement.

Confidentiality

Both parties will protect non-public technical and business information learned during an engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.

Warranties and liability

Services are performed with professional care appropriate to software consulting. Except where prohibited by Malaysian law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for the milestone giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts in Kuala Lumpur have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
