Refund policy
Refund and cancellation terms for paid consulting engagements with NodeWeave Consulting.

This policy applies to paid programming consulting, advisory sessions, and scoped build sprints sold by NodeWeave Consulting (SSM 202003984507).
Advisory sessions
If you cancel at least forty-eight hours before a scheduled advisory session, we refund prepaid fees in full. Cancellations within forty-eight hours may be rescheduled once; otherwise fifty percent of the session fee is retained to cover preparation time.
Scoped build sprints
After you sign a statement of work, a seven calendar day cooling-off period applies from the date of written confirmation. If you cancel within that period and no substantive repository work has started, we refund amounts paid minus any third-party costs already incurred.
Once milestone work has started, payments for that milestone are non-refundable. Partial completion is billed pro-rata only if both parties agree in writing.
Retainers
Monthly retainers renew on the agreed calendar date. Cancel with fourteen days notice before the next cycle; unused hours in the current cycle are not refunded but may be used until the period ends.
No-shows
Missing a scheduled workshop or pairing session without notice counts as delivery for billing purposes.
How to request a refund
Email info@nodeweave.digital with your invoice number and reason. We respond within five business days. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within fourteen business days.
Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999, including access to the Tribunal for Consumer Claims for qualifying disputes up to RM 50,000.
